Retainer math
List is $150/site. Volume drops the unit price so you can bill list — or a typical $300 retainer — and keep the spread. Five sites at $135 already keeps $75/mo versus list, or $825/mo at $300/client.

Typical retainers run $250–400. The $300 column is the mid-range example. You set the client price; we never invoice them.

Client labeling
Name each site by client. The dashboard groups the book, filters by client, and keeps Unassigned last — so a 25-site seat still reads like a roster, not a dump.
One policy, many sites
Stamp a preset across selected sites: Starter, WordPress, Linux origin, Reputation+, or Starter + bot management. New keys start in count so you don't surprise a client.
You bill. We stay invisible.
No client-facing portal and no mention of our price on their site. White-label the line item into the retainer; they see a protected site, you see volume rates.

- Starter + bot management. Starter plus AWS Bot Control (starts in count). Usage-priced by AWS; included on your plan.

Same managed WAF as the $150 SMB seat. The unit price drops at 5, 10, and 25 sites — annual is 11 × the volume monthly (one month free).

Agency questions
Is this cheaper than buying 5 SMB seats?
Yes. One to four sites stay at $150. Five or more unlock volume — $135 / $120 / $105 — billed as one subscription with that many seats.
Can I mark it up to $150 and keep the difference?
That's the point. At 5 sites you pay $135 and can bill list ($150) or a higher retainer. We don't set your client price.
Does the founder 50% off stack on volume?

What if I only have one client today?
Start the 5-site seat when you know the book is coming, or take the $150 SMB path and add seats later — billing follows the live site count and unlocks volume at 5.
Do clients log in?
Not yet. You label sites and apply policies from your dashboard. They get a protected site; they don't get a login or see your cost.
