Client usage

Sites grouped by client, so you can line protection and traffic up with a retainer. You still decide when to block.

Who can see it

Open it from the sites list, Billing, or Account. The owner and an admin see every client on the accounts they manage. A client viewer sees only the client they were invited to. The agency-wide CSV is refused for that login.

Client names are the labels already on the sites, and the client records created when you invite a viewer. This page does not invent a second list.

What the numbers mean

Live means the Go-live state is Live or No traffic yet, so the shield is up. Needs attention means the site is Not started or hit a setup error. Sites still waiting on DNS, or waiting on a Promote click, stay in the site count and are not added to those two numbers.

Counted hits are still in count mode. Blocked hits were actually blocked. If a rollup was not published, that site says not confirmed. It is not added in as zero.

Choose the last 30 days or the last 7 days. Those are the same rollups the protection report already uses. Print the page, or download a CSV with one row per client. When Report branding is set, the printed sheet shows that agency name, https logo, and support line. A blank brand stays off the sheet.

Weekly email

A weekly email of the last 7 days is off until you turn it on. It uses these same grouped counts. It goes to a login that can download every client. A client viewer does not get it.

The mail is the last 7 days, once a week, in HTML and plain text. It is the same grouped counts as the page for that range. It does not add a total, and it does not promote a rule. Turn it off on Client usage. A client viewer does not see the switch.

When Report branding is set on the account, the email shows that agency name, the https logo when the link is a public one, and the support line. When those fields are blank, the email keeps the ProtectMyWebsite header and footer. If you manage two accounts with different branding, the email does not mix them. The rest of the dashboard is not rebranded.

What this is not

Each site stays $150 per month, with the 14-day trial. This page does not change the bill, and it does not add a discount or a separate reseller plan.

This is for reconciling a retainer. It does not rebrand the dashboard, and it does not change who gets support.
